Lersha is proud to be recognized as the Most Impactful Partner in Partnership and Service Provision at the AgriFin Learning Event 2024, hosted by Mercy Corps AgriFin. This award celebrates our dedication to driving inclusive agricultural transformation through innovative agri-tech solutions and strong, cross-sectoral partnerships.

Through strategic collaborations with financial institutions, government agencies, the private sector, research organizations, and farmer-based organizations (FBOs), Lersha has reached over 185,000 farmers across Ethiopia—30% of whom are women with tailored advisory and financial services that enhance productivity, market access, and resilience.

Lersha was honored with the BimaLab Ethiopia Accelerator’s Award 2024, recognizing our innovative approach to inclusive agri-insurance solutions for smallholder farmers. Presented by FSD Africa in partnership with the National Bank of Ethiopia, this award highlights our work in leveraging technology to build resilience against climate-related risks and strengthen financial inclusion in rural communities.
