At Lersha we have two weekly traditions Debo and Warka

Our experienced team delivers exceptional services tailored to your needs.

Lersha Weekly Tradition

At Lersha, we celebrate Ethiopian traditions with  Debo, our weekly team briefing for collaboration, and Warka, a bonding ceremony over coffee, fostering teamwork and innovation in agriculture.

Debo(ደቦ)

Named after the Ethiopian tradition of communal work among smallholder farmers, Debo is our weekly team briefing session. Every Tuesday at 10 AM, we come together to share updates on the tasks we’ve been working on, plans for the upcoming week, any challenges faced, and any accomplishments on projects.

Warka(ዋርካ)

A weekly ceremony where the team gathers to interact, do teambuilding activities, and enjoy coffee & snacks together. In Ethiopian culture, the Warka tree serves as a symbolic gathering place where elders come together to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and foster community wisdom. Lersha team embraced the essence of the Warka tree, both in name and practice, to cultivate a workplace that values team spirit, collaboration.
